Design is the corner stone
of every tool, so we pay great attention to every detail.
In keeping with our philosophy of employing the last CAD-CAM
system, we utilise software by Cimatron IT. This software
allows us to import virtually any existing electronic
data file, often via FTP or modem transfer from our customers.
We work closely with our customers, combining old-world
craftsmanship with advanced technology to provide excellence
in tooling. We support and assist our clients from initial
design to the finished product. We use surfaces and parametric
solid modeller, a CAM 3 axis milling and a CAM wire cutting
EDM. Our work is supported by CAD/CAM wire frame, surfacing
and solid modelling. An interface between CAD and measure
machine allows us the reconstruction of mathematical model
from the real object (reverse engineering) with high precision.
In support of our goal
to manufacture moulds with the highest standard quality
we have mainly this equipment :
· ‘Charmilles’ sinker EDM;
· ‘Charmilles’ wire cutting EDM;
· ‘Sachman’ CNC Machining Center
4 axis with birotative indexing head (working range
3000 x 1210 x 1000)
· ‘Favretto’ surface grinding machine;
· HSC ‘Mikron’ CNC Machining Center
and TIGER CNC boring milling;
· Die & mould spotting press;
· General machines tool: lathe, milling machines,
sharpener machines, etc. ;
· Useful auxiliary tools are a TIG welding machine,
a could welder ‘Spark Depo’ and a ‘Penetron’.
Our manufacturing machines are continually updated to
keep up with the trends in technology.
